Children’s Ministry
The reality of generational transfer is a precious responsibility here at
Victory Fellowship. Our first through sixth grade age children are
our future leaders, teachers and parents…the reformers of our society. Our
vision is to see a generation sold out to Jesus Christ and His Kingdom, without
reservation or distraction. We long to see children walking towards and in their
personal destiny and calling. Our goal is to help the next generation rise up and meet the challenge of
putting aside their personal desires and "seeking first the Kingdom".
We train our young people to be devoted worshippers, prayer warriors, and
responsible citizens with a Biblical worldview. At present we do not have a
children’s ministry team until the church congregation grows. We are trusting
God to send devoted and talented teaching teams to prepare and bring a highly 
energetic,
over-the-top presentation that takes Pastor Barham's vision and direction and
gives it a grade school application. Great costumes, hilarious yet focused
skits, and wild decorations will help to bring the message and theme to the
hearts of the kids. We do not "baby-sit" your kids, nor do we simply
entertain. We seek to impart God's Truth in a way our young people won't soon
forget!
The
children will have the opportunity to experience live, participatory praise and
worship. They are encouraged to pray about the things affecting their lives.
Sixth graders will be enlisted to serve by helping with various duties and
teaching activities. Games will be played, a prize won and rewards plenty for
bringing Bibles and taking notes. Visitors are a treasure and are always
introduced and warmly greeted by all! We are so excited about seeing the fruit
of an active relationship with Jesus come forth in our young people, as they
begin to understand their place as reformers in our world today…and their
world tomorrow!
