WHAT IS THE MASTERS COMMISSION
Master's Commission is an intense 9 month ministry training ground that provides an environment conducive to the development of champions of the Gospel. More than a program, MC is a lifestyle change of total commitment servant-hood in the Kingdom of God. It is for Christians at all levels. MC provides students with an avenue of transition into the next phase of their life weather it is college, business, or ministry. It is a place to find God's direction. It is a "right of passage" into Christian adulthood. MC helps students identify their role in the Kingdom and prepares them to assume that role equipped. MC offers a balance of intense classroom training as well as practical application (hands-on experience).
VISION The MC vision is a portion of the vision given to Victory Christian Fellowship International (VCFI) to disciple and send forth generations of men and women throughout the earth with the message of the Kingdom; to spread every aspect of the Gospel of Christ into every area of every culture in the world; to define these cultures in accordance with the precepts and principles of the Kingdom of God.

CURRICULUM
The MC is broken into three phases. Each phases is three months long.
PHASE I - Classroom Instruction and Ministry Preparation: Students undergo intensive daily instruction on a large variety of topics to include theological studies, business, government, administration, leadership, character building, counseling, communication, professional development and much more. Each day is packed with prayer, devotionals, classes, and more.
PHASE II - Residential Hands-On Ministry Application: Students take everything they have learned in the classroom and put it to work. Students become part of the MC staff. They become part of assisting other striving ministries in the MC area. They participate and lead in a variety of ministry areas such as children's ministry, youth, drama, shelter, worship, crusades, conferences, street evangelism and more.
PHASE III - External Hands-On Ministry Application: Students take their practical experiences to a higher challenge. They take what they have learned and go out to the four corners of the earth. They go on adventure training, mission trips and revival crusades in many different nations. Each expedition is student coordinated and student lead. It is an experience that will radically impact and change their lives forever.
